Return & Refund Policy – Hello Kitzbühel

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

  • Free from stains, odors or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items marked as non-returnable

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at hello@hellokitzbuehel.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution where appropriate.
