1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During product launches, holiday periods, promotions or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
Hello Kitzbühel currently ships within Austria, Germany and selected European countries.
International shipping outside Europe may be available on request.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size and shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions or above a certain order value.
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
Hello Kitzbühel is not responsible for delays, lost shipments or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.

8. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
